In accordance with its ethical commitment and the provisions of Spanish Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report on regulatory and anti-corruption infringements, Fondolugar has implemented a Whistleblower channel that can be used to report any violation of European Union Law, as well as any actions or omissions that may constitute criminal acts, serious or very serious administrative offences, breaches of its Ethical Code, or malpractice related to actions taken by the company, its members, or any other related parties.
